Leigh Ann Schultz is a dynamic market leader with more than 20 years of Big Four accounting, industry, consulting, and regulatory experience.  Ms. Schultz is Founder and CEO of Vintage Advisory, LLC, a strategic advisory firm that provides transaction, financial advisory and strategic planning support to start-up and growth companies as well as non-profits.  Previously, she served as Managing Director and Mid-Atlantic Market Leader for MorganFranklin Consulting, where she led the firm’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) lifecycle offerings; developed and co-led the Corporate Investigations & Dispute Solutions practice; and co-led the firm’s Women’s Initiative. Leigh Ann focused on client service, strategic development, and firm growth. 

Prior to joining MorganFranklin, Leigh Ann served as the Mid-Atlantic Managing Director for Riveron Consulting, a boutique M&A firm, where she established and led the Washington, D.C., office. Previously, she served in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Division of Corporation Finance, specializing in the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, accounting and disclosures, initial public offerings (IPOs), and U.S. GAAP. Leigh Ann also served as Director of Financial Advisory Services at AlixPartners, focusing on corporate investigations, litigation support, turnaround and restructuring, and business process improvement. Earlier in her career, she served as Assistant Controller at TXU Communications; Vice President, Controller, and Corporate Secretary at Logix Communications; and Assistant Controller at Dobson Communications. She began her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young. 

Leigh Ann has significant board experience serving public, private, civic, and not-for-profit organizations.  Presently, she is board member and audit committee member for Shenandoah Telecommunications Company (Nasdaq: SHEN).  She also serves as a board member for the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce, the Association for Corporate Growth National Capital Chapter, and Hopecam.  Additionally, she serves on the quality review board for Inova Mount Vernon Hospital and the advisory board for Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind. She is a member of the Economic Club of Washington, D.C.

 Leigh Ann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting with a minor in management information systems from Oklahoma State University. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Texas, and she is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). An avid endurance athlete, Leigh Ann is a competitive Ironman triathlete and marathoner, and she previously served as a head coach with Girls on the Run International.
