When Kevin was diagnosed with leukemia, he was given a laptop computer and webcam to stay connected to family and friends. His cousin, Cristopher, had a special request: Could he also have a laptop and webcam to stay connected with his homebound cousin? Hopecam was more than willing to help the two cousins keep in touch. In an unfortunate twist of fate, Cristopher was also diagnosed with leukemia 3 months later. With the use of his Hopecam, he already had a powerful tool in place in place to keep him connected to his friends at school.

Both boys are doing well and are back at school, grateful for the opportunity Hopecam provided them to stay in touch with family, friends and most importantly, each other.
