About HopeCam
HopeCam uses a hi-speed Internet connection to keep homebound children connected to friends and teachers right on the family computer or a laptop computer.

HopeCam is installed on the classroom computer.
A hi-speed connection must be in place.
The teacher creates a schedule that allows the classmates to chat with the homebound child.
This is strictly a social tool and not meant for teaching or transmitting lessons.

This program not only eases the patient’s reentry into the classroom, but also empowers both the teachers and children in the classroom with the feeling that they are doing something to help.

Time is crucial in the installation process of HopeCam. Homebound children need HopeCam right away. HopeCam cuts through the red tape to implement the connectivity as soon as possible.
