Ozzie is a leader with over 20 years of management consulting experience helping government agencies, private and non-profit organizations achieve measurable results. At ExxonMobil, Ozzie is focused on helping the company harness the power of digital to transform to deliver rewarding experiences. Prior to joining ExxonMobil, Ozzie was an executive at Accenture where he helped his client in the areas of business transformation and information technology implementation across various functional areas such as immigration, national security, business process re- engineering, program management and ERP systems.
One of Ozzie’s passion is public service. He has supported various non-profit organizations in many ways such as being a member of the corporate advisory board, volunteering, fundraising and leading special projects. In addition, Ozzie dedicates time to coaching youth athletics including soccer and baseball.
Ozzie holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Finance from Old Dominion University and a Master of Business Administration in Project Management and Information Technology from American University.
Outside of work you will find Ozzie spending time with his wife Saysha and two boys and enjoying various activities such as biking, running, and CrossFit. Although, Ozzie grew up in the Washington, D.C. area, he now calls The Woodlands, Texas home.
