Cards For Kids

Help Hopecam spread joy to kids with cancer by making greeting cards for their "Welcome Packets." It's a fun and engaging project for families, schools and PTAs, or service organization.

Here's how you can get involved:

  1. Gather your supplies: Whether it's just crayons and paper or card stock, stickers, stamps, and more – it's totally up to you.  Envelopes are optional, but if you include them, leave them unsealed.

  2. Get creative: Decorate your card with drawings or designs!  Use cheerful phrases like "You are brave" and "You are strong." Anything that would put a big smile on a kids face!  Feel free to sign your card with “From your friends at Hopecam and (name of your group)”

  3. Mail Us Your Cards: Once your masterpieces are complete, send them, along with your contact info, in one package to:

    Hopecam

    12100 Sunset Hills Rd C-10

    Reston, VA 20190

  4. Capture the Moment: Share the joy by sending photos of your card-making process to brett@hopecam.org or share them and tag us on Facebook (@hopecam) and Instagram (@hopecam_org).

  5. Claim Your Hours: Email brett@hopecam.org if you need a staff member to approve your volunteer service hours.
